Five-Sack Crawfish Cooker

Our five sack unit weighs in empty at an easily manageable 185 lbs. Its unique design allows for five, full single sacks of delicious crawfish to cook safely in 36 gallons of boiling water (at the 36 gallon fill line), with an overall capacity of  78 gallons. Boil time for this unit is 15 minutes with 4 burners (150,000 BTUs per burner). Burners are connected with a stainless steel manifold.
